2022 (JUNIOR): Appeared in all 14 games … earned three starts on the season, two at Boise State (Oct. 8, Dec. 3) and again in the LA Bowl (Dec. 17) … had 11 catches for 99 yards, averaging 9.0 yards per catch this season … had his second-career touchdown at Nevada (Nov. 19) … had a season-high 62 yards against the Wolf Pack … was a large contributor on special teams, recording eight tackles on kick return coverage … had a blocked punt against Wyoming (Nov. 25) … Fall Academic All-MW.
2021 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in all 13 games on the season … got the start at wide receiver in the New Mexico Bowl (Dec. 18) … was a primary member of the Bulldogs’ kickoff unit … had five total tackles on the year with a season-best two stops at then-No. 13 UCLA … ran down UCLA’s Kazmeir Allen on a kickoff return, a pivotal moment in the game that stopped what would have been a kickoff return for a touchdown but resulted in zero points for UCLA on the ensuing drive.
2020 (FRESHMAN): Played in all six games as a true freshman … had a fumble recovery on the opening kickoff of the Bulldogs’ season opener versus Hawai’i (Oct. 24) … was the Bulldogs’ emergency kicker at Nevada (Dec. 5) … was 2-of-4 on his PAT attempts that night … had his first action as a wide receiver against New Mexico (Dec. 12) … finished the game with four catches for 88 yards and a touchdown … had a career-long 51-yard reception as his first collegiate catch against the Lobos … scored his first career touchdown on a 24-yard reception.
HIGH SCHOOL: Rated as a three-star recruit by 247 sports and ESPN … a three-year varsity wide receiver who accumulated 2,696 receiving yards, averaging 18.1 yards per catch and 65.8 yards per game in his career … had 149 career receptions and 39 receiving touchdowns, plus one rushing … added a team-high seven interceptions which were returned 84 yards in 2019 … was a senior team captain … helped San Joaquin Memorial to its fifth-most receiving yards in program history (394 yards) with 126 yards of his own in a 28-21 win against Garces Memorial in 2019 – his second most receiving yards of the season … had nine 100-yard receiving games at San Joaquin Memorial – one as a sophomore and four in his junior and senior years … had a career-best 203 receiving yards on eight catches in the Panthers’ 42-13 win against Stockdale in 2019 … scored a career-best three receiving touchdowns on 11 receptions for 189 yards in SJM’s in-town rivalry game against Bullard High School which Memorial won, 33-31, with 18 points from Dalena … helped San Joaquin Memorial to a 12-2 record in 2019 – lead the Central Section Division II teams, third in all of the Central Section behind Central High School and Buchanan … finished his senior year with single season career-bests in receiving yards (1,212), receptions (69), yards per game (86.6) and touchdowns (19) … helped SJM to two football Valley championship titles and two baseball Valley championship titles … was the 2018 County/Metro Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year in baseball … helped SJM to 2017, 2018 and 2019 Valley championship titles along with a CMAC and NorCal State Championship in 2018 … made the 2018 All-Central Section Super 70 All Star team, the 2019 Cal-hi preseason Central Section Football Team and the Preseason Pagmeter All-Star team … MaxPreps leading touchdown scorer by a receiver in the Central Section with 19 touchdowns … volunteered with various charity events.
