Two-time team captain who earned honorable mention All-AAC honors from league coaches who led the team with a career-best six quarterback hits and was second on the team with 18 hurries and tied for second with 26 total pressures (also career-highs)… Second on the team with seven TFLs and sixth with a career-best 661 defensive snaps… Top tackle total of the season was seven, vs. Houston and Tulsa… Also forced a fumble vs. Tulsa and is the Owls’ active leader with three forced fumbles.

2022
Returning captain (special teams) who led the team in TFL (10/50) and sacks (6.5/45) as well as special teams tackles (6)… Started all 13 games at rush end and saw action on a career-high 557 plays on defense and added a career-best 154 snaps on special teams… 10 TFLs matched his career total entering 2022 while his 6.5 sacs more than doubled his previous career total of 5… Collected a career-best two sacks on consecutive plays in the final minute vs. UAB to preserve the Owls’ 28-24 win… Dropped Dylan Hopkins and forced a fumble for a loss of seven on second down with less than a minute to go and then dropped Hopkins again for a loss of four as time ran out.

2021
Third on the team with 7.5 TFL and four sacks as well as 17 total pressures (sacks/hits/hurries) according to PFF, fourth with 58 tackles… Tied for the team lead with seven special teams tackles… Credited with four total pressures at UTSA and added three vs. Texas Southern and Southern Miss… Led the team with a career-high 11 tackles in a start vs. Southern Miss… Credited with three tackles while sharing a sack with Ikenna Enechukwu in the opener.

2020
A standout on special teams who saw increasing action in the first two games and then made his starting debut at North Texas… Second on the team with seven tackles and led the team with a TFL vs. the Mean Green… Picked off his first career pass, shared a TFL, and was credited with six tackles vs. Marshall… Tied for the team lead three tackles for loss and led the team with four special teams tackles. 

2019
A true freshman who saw action in four games on special teams while preserving his redshirt.., Made his debut vs. Wake Forest, and also saw action vs. UAB, UTSA, and Southern Miss… A member of Mike Bloomgren’s second recruiting class who signed in the early period in December of 2018.

All-South Jersey, All-Burlington County, and All-West Jersey – Liberty League for coach Beau Sherry as a senior… 30th ranked player in New Jersey… Credited with eight sacks, 12 tackles for loss, forced four fumbles, and scored six touchdowns as a senior for the Quakers… Named the Moorestown Defensive MVP as a junior… Compiled 30 tackles for loss, forced five fumbles, picked off four passes, and scored 20 touchdowns in his career… First Rice signee from New Jersey since Jason Lucas (Pemberton) in 1987… Competed in track and was a member of Moorestown’s sprint medley relay that was fourth at the 2017 New Balance Nationals… 2018 Burlington County All-Academic Team.. 2016 -2017 Scholar-Athlete Award… Boys State selection.
