2023: Started all 14 games and was named Second Team All-MW after tying with teammate Jaxen Turner for the conference lead with five interceptions apiece … That total also ranked sixth in the nation … Also named First Team All-MW by Phil Steele and Mountain West Wire … Finished seventh on the team with 53 total tackles, including 4.5 TFL … Added five pass breakups and two forced fumbles on the year … Turned in a career-high 12 tackles, one interception and one of his two sacks at Fresno State … Had nine TT at eventual national champion Michigan … Forced a fumble in win over Vanderbilt … Responsible for three turnovers in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl vs. Kansas, forcing a fumble and picking off two Jayhawk passes to go with five tackles and another PBU … Also had a pick at UTEP and a key INT to keep Wyoming out of the end zone before halftime in that league victory.
