  • Enters Colorado as an undergraduate transfer with three years to play three.

AT OHIO STATE (2022-23)

  • Played in 13 games in two seasons at Ohio State finishing with 130 carries for 663 yards and six touchdowns. He added five receptions for 21 yards through the air.
  • In 2023 he played in three games, finishing the season with a redshirt.
  • Dallan played in 10 games as a true freshman and earned his first Varsity O letter.
  • He was the team’s third-leading rusher in 2022 with 553 yards and a 5.0 yards-per-carry average off 111 carries and five touchdowns

PERSONAL

  • Parents are ChaToya and Aaron Hayden
  • His dad played at Tennessee and in the NFL for San Diego, Green Bay and Philadelphia; brother, Chase, played collegiately at Arkansas and Illinois.
  • Hayden works closely with the Coaching for Literacy, a charity that donates money with every touchdown he scores, totaling more than $20,000 in donations since its inception. “I call my teammates family, my brothers, and it’s more than just the game,” Hayden said of the charity. “Charity events, giving back to the community, that’s my biggest why. Giving back is just so important because you should just put yourself in that person’s life and realize that everybody doesn’t have the resources to receive help.”
